These sessions are
performed via the telephone and are called "tele-coaching".
Tele-coaching is a wonderful medium because it
eliminates the need to worry about proximity,
weather and traffic! In essence, your coach is
literally just seconds away no matter what your
schedule entails.
E-mail Coaching –
For the extra busy
person we also offer "Email Coaching". With this
option you can contact me by email up to ten
(10) times per month and receive detailed
responses within a 48 hour period.
